本文用自制的0.6%(W)Pd/C催化剂在间歇水相中4.0MPa氢压附近进行了丁炔二醇连续加氢合成1,4—丁二醇的最佳反应条件研究。实验证实:在较高氢压和低碱性条件下可使选择性提高;在较高的反应温度、催化剂载量和较高的反应物浓度下可使反应速度提高。
In this paper, the optimal reaction conditions for the continuous hydrogenation of butynediol to 1,4-butanediol were studied by using self-made 0.6% (W) Pd / C catalyst in the intermittent aqueous phase near 4.0MPa hydrogen pressure. Experiments show that: under high hydrogen pressure and low alkaline conditions can be increased selectivity; at higher reaction temperatures, catalyst loading and higher reactant concentrations can make the reaction rate.
