20只同种成年纯白兔,分别用新鲜和培养孕龄10~13d的胎兔脑组织、组织培养物,钻孔脑皮质内移植,每处移植脑组织0.3~0.5g,移植物可以在体内存活、生长、增殖。在动物实验的基础上,对6例不同原因引起的大脑发育不全病人采用4个月水囊引产的胎儿脑组织行多点钻孔,多面脑皮质内移植,每例移植胎脑组织8~12g。结果:5例症状当天即有改善;随访1.5~2a,3例癫痫停止发作;4例肌张力明显降低,肢体功能显著改善;智商提高38~51分,脑电图慢波减少,癫痫波消失,BAEP、VEP、SEP、MEP不同程度改善;1例临床症状稍有改善,有效率83%。结果提示:胎脑组织移植治疗大脑发育不全是有效的。

The results suggest that: Fetal brain transplantation for brain hypoplasia is effective.
