通过机组实测数据可知,制冷量、制热量、输入功率、COP等参数均与环境温度有关,通过研究环境温度进而是机组的进风温度来分析室外下沉式机房尺寸对空气源热泵机组散热的影响。按照实际尺寸建立CFD模型,通过12个算例分析了机房尺寸对热泵机组散热的影响。结果表明,进风侧与墙体之间的间距越大对机组散热越有利,但有利幅度逐步变小,因此该间距取3~5m较合适;机房深度越小对散热越有利,按能够安装热泵机组的最小深度取值即可。
Through the measured data of the unit, it can be seen that the cooling capacity, heating capacity, input power, COP and other parameters are related to the ambient temperature. By analyzing the ambient temperature and thus the inlet air temperature of the unit, the outdoor sinking machine room size is analyzed for the heat dissipation of the air source heat pump unit influences. The CFD model is established according to the actual size. The influence of the size of the engine room on the heat dissipation of the heat pump unit is analyzed by 12 examples. The results show that the larger the distance between the inlet side and the wall is, the better the heat dissipation is. However, the favorable margin gradually decreases. Therefore, the spacing is 3 ~ 5m, which is more suitable. The smaller the depth of the engine room is, the better the heat dissipation is. Heat pump unit can be the minimum depth value.
