“七五”院重大课题“雷达图像分析及地质应用研究”经过三年的努力,于一九九一年十一月二十六日在北京通过专家鉴定。该项成果由中科院遥感所、电子所合作完成。微波雷达遥感有其全天候、全天时成像的特点及对一些地物穿透性能,在资源、环境、灾害等监测与调查中将日益显示出有效作用及应用潜力。中科院资环局考虑到九十年代遥感技术的发展趋势而设立该课题,其目的在于从雷达遥感的一个侧面开展系统研究,为九十年代雷达遥感高潮的到来作技术及理论储备。
In the “Seventh Five-Year Plan”, a major project of “Radar Image Analysis and Geological Application Research” was approved by experts in Beijing on November 26, 1991 after three years of hard work. The results of the CAS Institute of Remote Sensing, Electronics completed. Microwave radar remote sensing has its characteristics of all-weather, all-day imaging and penetration of some features, and will increasingly show its effectiveness and potential in the monitoring and investigation of resources, environment and disasters. The objective of the project is to establish a systematic study on one side of radar remote sensing to make technical and theoretical reserves for the advent of the climax of radar remote sensing in the 1990s.
