现代企业已经进入营销制胜、战略制胜的竞争时代。高素质的推销员与企业经营战略的决策者在企业经营管理过程中扮演着重要的角色,要想加快我国企业的发展,必须重视企业推销员的角色。在企业销售工作中,无论是销售经理,还是总经理,从一定程度上都可以看作是企业的推销员。因此,本文将从推销员、销售经理和总经理三个角度来对我国企业推销员进行角色分析。并由此引出如何建立起优秀的销售团队。
Modern enterprises have entered the era of marketing competition and strategic victory. In order to accelerate the development of enterprises in China, we must pay attention to the role of corporate salesmen.
