事业单位是公共服务部门,主要提供社会服务,在创造社会效益等方面起着非常重要的作用。人力资源,目标则是让单位更好地进行人力资源的发展和规划,其重点是实现人力资源部门在员工素质管理、薪酬管理、绩效考核等方面的需求。由于近年来基层事业单位的发展急需人力资源管理工作的改革与跟进,进而也对人力资源的管理也提出了更多的要求。文章以所在单位某植物园管理处为例,通过分析当前基层事业单位人力资源管理的现状与存在的相关问题,有针对性地提出了进一步加强和改善当前基层事业单位发展的建议措施。
Institutions are public service departments, which mainly provide social services and play an important role in creating social benefits. Human resources, the goal is to allow units to better human resources development and planning, the focus is to achieve the human resources department in the staff quality management, compensation management, performance appraisal and other needs. As the development of grass-roots public institutions in recent years urgently needs the reform and follow-up of human resources management work, it also puts forward more requirements on the management of human resources. This paper takes a botanical garden management office of a unit as an example. By analyzing the current situation and existing problems of human resource management in grass-roots units, this paper puts forward some suggestions to further strengthen and improve the current development of grass-roots units.
