目的 简述端粒酶亚单位的研究情况与端粒酶活性的关系。方法 参阅相关文献 ,并作综述性报道。结果 端粒酶是一种特殊的逆转录酶 ,由RNA和蛋白组成的核糖核蛋白 (ribonucleoprotein)复合体。目前已经克隆了人类端粒酶亚单位 (subunit)基因 ,分别为端粒酶RNA(hTR) ,端粒酶结合蛋白 (hTP1)和端粒酶活性催化亚单位 (hTERT)。研究发现 ,端粒酶活性与其亚单位关系密切。结论 为端粒酶的激活可能与其亚单位特别是端粒酶活性催化亚单位的表达、调控有关。但这方面的研究刚刚起步 ,需要大量实验证实
Objective To summarize the relationship between telomerase activity and telomerase subunits. Methods refer to the relevant literature, and make a comprehensive report. Results Telomerase is a special reverse transcriptase, a ribonucleoprotein complex consisting of RNA and protein. Human telomerase subunit genes have been cloned, which are telomerase RNA (hTR), telomerase binding protein (hTP1) and telomerase catalytic subunit (hTERT), respectively. The study found that telomerase activity and its subunits are closely related. Conclusion The activation of telomerase may be related to the expression and regulation of its subunits, especially the telomerase catalytic subunit. However, research in this field has just started, requiring a large number of experiments to confirm
