目的:研究呋喃西林溶液的稳定性。方法:采用经典恒温加速试验预测呋喃西林溶液的有效期,同时进行留样观察。结果:呋喃西林的分解属一级动力学过程,t_(0.9)~(25℃)为6.37个月,与留样观察结果基本一致。结论:呋喃西林溶液的有效期约为6.0个月。
Objective: To study the stability of nitrofurazone solution. Methods: Predicting the expiration date of nitrofurazone solution by classical thermostatic accelerated test, and observing the remaining samples at the same time. Results: The decomposition of nitrofurazone was a first-order kinetic process with t_ (0.9) ~ (25 ℃) of 6.37 months, which was basically the same as that of the remaining samples. Conclusion: The duration of nitrofurazone solution is about 6.0 months.
