联想向来以斯巴达方阵般的团队精神著称,这也可以说是联想的企业特征之一。它强调员工之间的良好沟通与通力协作。能够将方阵中每个人的优势糅合成一股强大的合力,去解决项目中遇到的问题。传统的斯巴达方阵结构大都拥有一个相当严格的等级管理制度。而在联想,我却很少感受到等级之分。这个斯巴达方阵的运转,不仅体现在合理的机制上,也体现在人文关怀上。斯巴达人在战场上为了使方阵步伐整齐,专门建立了笛子队,步兵们踏着笛子的节奏整齐而缓慢地前进。这比起单纯的口令来,更能够调动士兵的积极性。
Lenovo has always been known as Sparta's square team spirit, which can be said that one of Lenovo's corporate features. It emphasizes good communication and collaboration among employees. Most of the traditional Spartan square structure has a very strict hierarchy management system. In Lenovo, I rarely feel the level of points.
