目的比较某铅冶炼厂局部通风设施改造前后的防护效果。方法对该铅冶炼厂电解车间生产工艺及通风排毒设施进行调查,对排风系统改造前后工作场所铅烟浓度进行检测,对改造前后除铜岗位、熔铅铸锭岗位排风罩罩口风速及控制风速进行测试,并进行比较、分析。结果改造前,除铜岗位控制风速为0.30 m/s,铅烟浓度为0.17 mg/m3,改造后,该岗位控制风速提高到2.20 m/s,铅烟浓度降低到0.08 mg/m3;改造前,熔铅铸锭岗位控制风速为0.25 m/s,铅烟浓度为0.19 mg/m3,改造后,该岗位控制风速提高到2.00 m/s,铅烟浓度降低到0.06 mg/m3。结论经改造,除铜岗位、熔铅铸锭岗位局部通风设施的防护效果得到明显提高,能够达到控制工作场所铅烟浓度的效果。
Objective To compare the protective effect before and after the transformation of local ventilation facilities in a lead smelter. Conclusion After the renovation, the protective effect of local ventilation facilities except copper posts and fused-cast ingot posts has been significantly improved, and the effect of controlling the concentration of lead smoke in the workplace can be achieved.
