外向视角正在成为团队研究领域的重要趋势,并将团队跨界视为影响团队绩效的关键变量。在对现有团队跨界行为界定于维度评述的基础上,从临时性项目团队的角度出发,提出了项目团队跨界维度。同时整合已识别的驱动因素,从项目团队的任务特征、团队成员个体特征、团队特征以及组织特征等四个层次构建了项目团队跨界行为驱动机制模型。
An outward-looking perspective is becoming an important trend in the field of team research and sees team boundaries as a key variable affecting team performance. On the basis of dimensioning the existing team’s transboundary behavior in terms of dimension, the project team’s transboundary dimension was proposed from the perspective of the temporary project team. At the same time, the identified driving forces are integrated and the project team’s cross-border behavioral-driven mechanism model is constructed from four aspects: the mission characteristics of the project team, individual characteristics of the team members, team characteristics and organizational characteristics.
