打开铺设已久的30B海底原油管线进行检查,发现管内壁存在大面积腐蚀。因此使用添加新研制的特殊硅烷系列耦合剂的玻璃乙烯基脂树脂,采用“CEC式防腐涂层施工法”进行内防腐衬里施工。30B内防腐衬里管在使用一年后打开检查,结果发现该衬里达到了最初设计的20年的使用寿命,并且计划在第4年和第8年继续检查。此外,CEC树脂衬里管的静电特性的实际规模基础实验结果也发现CEC树脂衬里材料也产生静电,其程度与配管用碳钢钢管大致相同,与普通钢管一样可输送油品。本文将介绍这些配管内衬里用多层防腐材料的特征,以及SBM管线的大口径、长距离管线的防腐深层施工实例。
