在有机与药物合成实验中,经常使用一些胺试剂,如四氢吡咯,六氢吡啶、二乙胺及三乙胺等。近年来有人发现很多胺试剂几乎都含有相应的亚硝基胺,这是一类强烈的致癌物质。如给大鼠每公斤体重1.25毫克一次剂量的亚硝基化合物就会导致恶性肿瘤。因而在使用胺化物时,应特别注意。Spiegelhalder等[Angew Chem Int.Ed.Engl.,17,367(1978)]测定了从不同厂家获得的35个胺化物样品,其中除一个例外,其余都含有亚硝基化合物(见表),在每公斤样品中的含量为0.03毫克至53毫克之间。虽然他们仅测定了12个化合物,但在对待其它胺化合物时,也应加小心为好。

In recent years, it was found that many amine reagents almost contain the corresponding nitrosamines, which is a strong class of carcinogens. A single dose of 1.25 mg per kilogram of rat nitroso compound can cause malignancy. Therefore, the use of amination, should pay special attention. 35 aminated samples obtained from different manufacturers were determined by Spiegelhalder et al. [Angew Chem Int. Eng., 17,367 (1978)], with the exception of one, all containing nitroso compounds (see table) The sample content of 0.03 mg to 53 mg. Although they measured only 12 compounds, care should also be taken when treating other amine compounds.
