核心网在GSM-R网络中是十分重要的,基于铁路通信的特点和需求,将软交换新技术引入核心网中,能够克服铁路通信网络业务需要和本身局限性的矛盾,基于软交换技术的特点,研究分析软交换在GSM-R网络中的建设方案,分析GSM-R核心网可能采用的各种模式,提出软交换建设的理念,在此基础上给出核心网建设的建议、网络容灾备份方案和QoS问题的解决策略。
