近年来,我国学校教育班级管理中的诸多问题已引发人们的广泛关注,对班级管理的改革的讨论也是愈发频繁。班级管理共同体作为一种全新的尝试被引入我国的教育实践中。本文分析了现阶段班级管理中存在的问题及问题的成因,概括了班级管理共同体的内涵,并班级管理共同体的构建策略。
In recent years, many problems in class management of school education in our country have aroused widespread concern and discussions on the reform of class management are becoming more and more frequent. Class management community as a new attempt to be introduced into our educational practice. This article analyzes the existing problems in class management and the causes of the problems, summarizes the connotation of the class management community, and constructs the class management community.
