Steven,某外企区域市场总监。因为两年来工作业绩突出,公司有意提拔他为区域总经理。Steven 能否胜任此次提拔?他还能有多大潜力?未来的发展路途上,哪些是他所欠缺并需要补充的?带着一系列问题,Steven 的上司 Joyce 来到 DDI(美国智睿咨询有限公司),希望通过 DDI 领导力加速发展中心的人才测评体系找到自己想要的答案。之后,Steven 将接受从早上8点至下午7点一整天的测评。在这一天中,他要应对各种问题,如决策、危机处理、与客户会谈、讲演能力展示(此环节中,候选人需要提交财务报告、市场报告,提出2~4年的业务规划等)、面试测评等。顾问会在一天结束后给候选人提出自己的看法,同时跟踪他的发展。
