市场经济的发展和知识管理的进步,推动了人事档案管理工作的进步与发展,使得人事管理工作越来越受到事业单位的关注。目前形势下,我国人事档案管理针对人事管理共性和借鉴国外先进案例方面的研究较少,阻碍了人事档案管理的进一步发展。本文针对人事档案管理当前出现的各种问题,提出了改善人事档案管理的对策,以期对以后的人事档案管理工作提供理论支持。
The development of the market economy and the progress of knowledge management have promoted the progress and development of the management of personnel files and made the personnel management more and more concerned by public institutions. Under the current circumstances, there are few researches on personnel records management in our country regarding the commonalities of personnel management and drawing lessons from advanced foreign cases, hindering the further development of personnel records management. In this paper, according to the current problems in the personnel file management, the countermeasures to improve the personnel file management are proposed in order to provide theoretical support for the future personnel file management.
