进入20世纪90年代以来,我国的社会、经济、文化等各个方面都得到了飞速的发展,现代人们的生产和生活方式和以往相比发生了巨大的变化,随之而来的,人们在工作上和生活上的压力也逐渐增加,各种疾病的产生,使人们的思想观念也发生了巨大的变化,使得人们更加注重自己的身心健康和生活质量。在人们寻求缓解压力的过程中,体育便成为了满足人们肢体运动、心理调节和情感依赖的最主要和最有效的手段。然而健美操作为一项体育运动,对于控制体重、减肥、改善体形体态、提高协调性和韵律感具有良好的效果,尤其是在预防疾病和缓解人的精神压力方面具有显著的作用。从影响人体健康的角度来说,虽然健美操运动具有良好的作用,但是就健美操运动的发展来看,更多的则是在高校体育课程中得到体现,本文则结合健美操运动对不同社会群体的影响以及对社会生活的价值研究进行探讨,以鼓励社会中的不同群体积极参与到健美操运动中来,促进健美操运动的蓬勃发展。
