在教学工作中,我们时常发现有的学生对刚学的知识掌握较好,一段时间过后或学习其他知识后错误百出;有的学生学的时候都懂,自己独立解决问题时却束手无策;有的学生同一类题型反复讲反复练,题目稍微变化一下,又回到原点。这是什么原因呢?通过不断的反思,我们发现,平时的教学我们更多关注如何教,对学生的学关注太少。学生的学习是一个自悟的过程,是对外部知识、信息的深层次内化过程,是头脑中对事物的重新组织、选择和建构,是自我觉醒的过程。因此教师应善于运用策略,引导学生悟数学知识、方法、思想,切实培养学生的数学能力。
In the teaching work, we often find that some students have a good grasp of the knowledge they have just learned. After a period of time or after learning other knowledge, they are all mistaken. Some students know everything when they learn and can not help themselves when they solve the problem independently. Students repeat the same type of repeated talk about the type of question, the subject a little change, and back to the origin. What is the reason for this? Through continuous reflection, we found that we usually pay more attention to teaching and teaching too little attention to students. Students’ learning is a process of self-realization, a deep internalization of external knowledge and information, a reorganization, selection and construction of things in the mind and a process of self-awakening. Therefore, teachers should be good at using strategies to guide students to understand mathematics knowledge, methods, ideas, and effectively develop students’ mathematical ability.
