为了弥补现有车辙预估模型的缺陷,建立了基于温度-轴载-轴次的车辙预估模型;结合路面足尺ALF加速加载的车辙试验,对不同的沥青路面结构开展车辙预估研究,并结合甘肃省武威地区的气候及交通特点,给出了车辙预估的具体方法;最后对车辙预估模型的可靠性进行验证。结果表明:车辙深度与累计轴次满足幂指数关系;温度和轴载是影响路面车辙的重要因素,温度每升高5℃,车辙深度大约增加1.8倍,车辙深度的增加倍数与轴载增加倍数大致相同;提出的基于温度-轴载-轴次的车辙预估模型具有很高的可靠性,可用于预估同类沥青路面的车辙;强土基薄面层的路面结构具有更好的抗车辙性能。
In order to make up for the shortcomings of the existing rut forecast model, a prediction model of rut based on temperature-axle load-axis was established. Combined with the rutting test of pavement full-scale ALF acceleration loading, rutting prediction was carried out on different asphalt pavement structures, Combining with the climate and traffic characteristics of Wuwei area in Gansu Province, the method of rut prediction was given. Finally, the reliability of rut prediction model was verified. The results show that the depth of rut and the accumulated axial times satisfy the power exponent. The temperature and axle load are the important factors affecting the rutting. When the temperature is increased by 5 ℃, the rutting depth increases about 1.8 times, and the rutting depth multiplying factor and axle load increasing factor The proposed rut forecasting model based on temperature-axle load-axis has high reliability and can be used to predict the rut of the same kind of asphalt pavement; the pavement structure of strong earth-based thin surfacing has better anti-rutting performance.
