针对TC4钛合金常温下冲压成形性能差的问题,通过电塑性拉伸、电塑性V型弯曲实验,研究了脉冲电流对TC4钛合金V型弯曲性能的影响规律。电塑性拉伸实验表明,电流可有效提高TC4钛合金的延伸率,降低流动应力,当有效电流密度从9.03A·mm-2增加到11.84A·mm-2时,延伸率从20.1%提高到69.7%。电塑性V型弯曲实验表明,电流可有效提高TC4钛合金的弯曲成形性能,降低回弹角和弯曲成形力,当有效电流密度从14A·mm-2增加到38.67A·mm-2时,回弹角减小47.5%。
Aiming at the poor press formability of TC4 titanium alloy at room temperature, the influence of pulse current on the V-shaped bending properties of TC4 titanium alloy was studied by means of electroplating and electroplating V-bending test. The results of electrical and plastic tensile tests show that the current can effectively increase the elongation of TC4 titanium alloy and reduce the flow stress. When the effective current density increases from 9.03A · mm-2 to 11.84A · mm-2, the elongation increases from 20.1% to 69.7%. The results of electroplating V-bending experiment show that the current can effectively improve the bending formability of TC4 titanium alloy and reduce the rebound angle and bending forming force. When the effective current density increases from 14A · mm-2 to 38.67A · mm-2, 47.5% less horn.
