钩稽,就是查考的意思,推而广之,也即务实与创新。钩稽管理(Innovation and Practice Management)主要是针对现代企业遇到的发展与管理问题,通过系统反应提供一个或几个处于科学、公正、稳妥的,且从深层次原因入手的解决方案。它是建立在现代企业制度基础之上的一种既适合于公司企业管理变革即企业再造论,又适合于公司企业管理改革的自我完善与发展的企业管理系统理论。钩稽管理体系理论主要由以下三个方面组成:1.一个核心,两大根本问题。所谓一个核心是通过务实和创新行为增强企业活力,抓好两大根本问题:一是人力资源储备问题,二是财务资金储备问题。2.一个中心,三个基本点。即:以公司企业发展规划为中心,坚持推行适度资产运营(资本扩张与资产增值),坚持导入科学的企业管理模式与突出自身特色且兼容公司
