分析不同产地当归挥发油的化学成分,为当归成分分析、质量标准的建立等方面积累资料和数据。用水蒸汽蒸馏法提取不同产地当归挥发油并通过气相色谱-质谱联用技术对其进行分析,结果分别得到30个组分,共鉴定出其中44种化合物,约占挥发油总量的84.5%,其中含量最高的为2-乙酰-2,8-二氢-7-甲基-8-亚甲基吡唑并[5,1-c][1.2.4]三嗪、其次为3-丁烯基-1(3H)异苯并呋喃酮、(Z)-3,7-二甲基-1,3,6-十八烷三烯、3,6,6-三甲基二环[3.1.1]庚-2-烯、α-蒎烯、(Z)-3,7-二甲基-1,3,6-十八烷三烯等。甘肃岷县、渭源、四川3个不同产地当归挥发油的含量及主要化学成分与文献相比有显著差异。
Analyze the chemical constituents of Angelica sinensis from different areas, accumulate data and data for the analysis of Angelica sinensis components, establishment of quality standards and so on. The volatile oil from Angelica sinensis from different areas was extracted by steam distillation and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. The contents and the main chemical components of the essential oil from Angelica sinensis in Minxian County, Weiyuan County and Sichuan Province in three different habitats were significantly different from those in the literature.
