采用共混的方法制备了聚羟基脂肪酸酯/二氧化钛(PHA/TiO_2)复合材料,研究了TiO_2用量对PHA/TiO_2复合材料结晶性能和力学性能的影响。结果表明:TiO_2的加入对PHA/TiO_2复合材料具有明显的异相成核作用,使复合材料的熔融温度(T_m)和热焓(ΔH)均得到了不同程度的提升。随着TiO_2用量的增加,PHA/TiO_2复合材料的拉伸断裂强度和屈服强度均先增大后减小(且都在TiO_2用量为5%时达到最大值),而断裂伸长率和断裂功均呈先减小后增大趋势,冲击强度则先减小后增大。
The polyhydroxyalkanoate / titanium dioxide (PHA / TiO 2) composites were prepared by blending and the effect of TiO 2 dosage on the crystallization and mechanical properties of PHA / TiO 2 composites was studied. The results show that the addition of TiO_2 has obvious heterogeneous nucleation effect on PHA / TiO_2 composites, and the melting temperature (T_m) and enthalpy (ΔH) of the composites are all improved to some extent. With the increase of the amount of TiO_2, the tensile strength at break and the yield strength of PHA / TiO_2 composites increase at first and then decrease (both reach the maximum when the amount of TiO_2 is 5%), while the elongation at break and fracture work All showed the trend of decreasing firstly and then increasing, while the impact strength first decreased and then increased.
