我国高等级公路中的长隧道从安全角度考虑都设置了紧急停车带。由于紧急停车带内轮廓空间尺寸与隧道整体断面尺寸差异较大,二次衬砌台车无法对停车带位置直接进行整体浇筑,因此需对二次衬砌台车进行改造来解决这一施工难题。对杨家溪隧道紧急停车带二次衬砌台车的改造方案进行分析,以期为同类隧道施工提供有效的解决途经。
Long tunnels in China’s high-grade highways have set emergency stop zones from a safety point of view. Because of the large difference between the size of emergency contour belt and the overall tunnel cross-section size, the secondary lining trolley can not directly cast the parking belt. Therefore, the secondary lining trolley needs to be modified to solve the construction problem. This paper analyzes the reconstruction plan of the second lining trolley with emergency stop for Yangjiaxi Tunnel so as to provide an effective solution to the construction of similar tunnels.
