目的探讨川芎嗪注射液所致不良反应(ADR)的一般规律及特点。方法对1994～2007年川芎嗪注射液不良反应l4年间的国内文献源进行统计分析。结果川芎嗪注射液不良反应的发生与性别、年龄无关;临床主要表现为过敏反应,严重者可出现过敏性休克;不良反应首次用药发生者有21例(占70%),提示不良反应以首用即发型为主。结论临床医师、药师应重视川芎嗪注射液的不良反应,坚持合理用药。
Objective To investigate the general rules and characteristics of adverse reactions (ADR) caused by Ligustrazine injection. Methods The domestic literature sources of adverse reactions of ligustrazine injection from 1994 to 2007 were analyzed statistically. RESULTS: The occurrence of adverse reactions of ligustrazine injection was not related to gender and age. The main clinical manifestations were allergic reactions. Severe cases may suffer from anaphylactic shock. There were 21 cases (70%) of first-time adverse drug reactions, suggesting that adverse reactions were the first Use mainly hairstyles. Conclusion Clinicians and pharmacists should pay attention to the adverse reactions of ligustrazine injection and insist on rational drug use.
