“核心员工”是近年来人力资源管理中使用频率颇高的一个词,这从一个侧面反映了企业和员工对科学管理和职业生涯设计的关注。核心员工是企业得以生存和发展的关键资源。管理学中经典的“2/8理论”认为,20%的核心员工能为企业创造80%的产值,可见核心员工对于企业的重要性。要想在企业中寻求长期向上的发展,就要从争做企业核心员工开始。近日,笔者采访了庄臣泰华施(中国)公司人力资源总监欧波先生,他就如何成为核心员工谈了自己看法。
“Core employees ” is a word frequently used in human resource management in recent years, which reflects the concern of enterprises and employees on scientific management and career design from one aspect. Core employees are the key resources for the survival and development of enterprises. The classical “2/8 theory” in management thinks that 20% of core employees can create 80% of the output value for the enterprise, showing the importance of core employees to the enterprise. In order to seek long-term development in the enterprise, we must start from the core employees. Recently, I interviewed Mr. Bobo, HR Director of Johnson & Johnson Taihua Shi (China) Company, and talked about how he became a core employee.
