随着我国稠油开采量的增加和原油加工深度的提高，含油废水的水质日趋恶化。为此，抚顺石油化工研究院成功地合成了ＺＢ系列絮凝剂及其复合配方。文中介绍了ＺＢ型有机絮凝剂的性能，并经长岭炼油化工总厂、金陵石油化工公司炼油厂和锦州石油化工公司炼油厂等工业废水的处理，取得了良好的效果。试验结果表明，ＺＢ剂及其复合剂ＺＢ－４１０８具有很好的破乳絮凝能力。其除油率高、投加量少、产生浮渣量少，是ＰＡＣ（聚氯化铝）很好的替代品。
With the increase of heavy oil production in our country and the increase of crude oil processing depth, the quality of oil-containing wastewater is deteriorating day by day. To this end, Fushun Petrochemical Research Institute successfully synthesized ZB series flocculant and its compound formula. The performance of ZB organic flocculant was introduced in this paper, and the good effect was achieved by the treatment of industrial wastewater such as Changling Refining and Chemical Plant, Jinling Petrochemical Company Refinery and Jinzhou Petrochemical Company Refinery. The experimental results show that the ZB agent and its complexing agent ZB-4108 has a good ability of breaking emulsion. Its high oil removal rate, less dosage, resulting in less dross, PAC (polyaluminum chloride) is a good alternative.
