目的探讨康复护理在髋部骨折术后患者中的应用价值。方法选取本院收治的髋部骨折术后患者60例,随机分为对照组与干预组,各30例。对照组采用骨科术后常规护理,干预组采用个性化康复护理。根据Harris髋关节评分评估两组护理效果。结果干预组髋关节评分明显优于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论对髋部骨折手术患者实施个性化康复护理能够促进髋部骨折愈合,提高患者的生活质量。
Objective To investigate the value of rehabilitation nursing in patients with hip fracture. Methods Sixty patients with hip fracture treated in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and intervention group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing after orthopedics and the intervention group adopted personalized rehabilitation nursing. The two groups of nursing outcomes were evaluated according to Harris hip score. Results The hip score of the intervention group was significantly better than that of the control group (P <0.05), the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Individualized rehabilitation nursing for patients with hip fracture surgery can promote hip fracture healing and improve the quality of life of patients.
