本文测定了番石榴褐斑病菌的致病性以及病原菌的分离,采用菌丝生长速率法,测定了5种常用杀菌剂对番石榴褐斑菌的毒力。结果表明,10%苯醚甲环唑抑菌效果最好,EC50为0.359 9mg/L;45%咪鲜胺EC50为2.943 8mg/L,效果次之;80%代森锰锌和75%百菌清,EC50则分别为191.566 7和415.001 8mg/L;80%克菌丹抑菌效果最弱,EC50为721.024 4mg/L。
