The electrons in graphene behave like massless Dirac chiral particles with velocity vF,approximately 1/300 speed of light.[1-4] This salient properties make the electrons in graphene to simulate relativistic phenomena in QED possible;it was originally impossible in QED due to inaccessible high-energies.For example,Klein tunneling is such a case,where the Dirac electron can penetrate arbitrarily through high potential barriers with the probability of unity.[3,5,6] Besides this,Dirac electrons possess many novel physical properties,such as Zitterbewegung,[7] the anomalous quantum Hall effect[8] in the high magnetic field.Through a proximity to superconducting layers,[9,10] the unusual Andreev reflection takes place in a graphene monolayer.
