少先队组织是学校教育的得力助手,它不同于学校教育,少先队的主要教育是开展活动,寓教育于活动中。针对本校队员的特点创新开展相应的少先队活动,培养阳光少年应具有的四个方面的特征:自信、自主、自立的品格;活泼、开朗、乐观的性格;积极、友善、助人的精神;勤奋、刻苦、创新的意志。为此,教师以此为目标进行了实践和研究,创新的少先队活动丰富了队员们的校园生活,使队员们的性格也有了很大的变化。
