文中描述了国外大功率超高频器件的现状。综合分析了国外在发展大功率器件方面获得的成就之后指出:行波管和多腔速调管是具有优良性能的管型,它们将被广泛应用。虽然目前在雷达等军用大功率无线电装置中还采用磁控管,但随着对输出功率、频率调谐范围等方面要求的进一步提高,它将很快被大功率行波管、多腔速调管等器件所代替。文中就提高大功率器件的效率、扩大频宽、延长寿命及建立新型大功率振荡源等问题作了阐述。
The article describes the status of foreign high-power UHF devices.
