采用水溶性低分子量酚醛树脂固定大叶山杨(Populusdavidianavar.macrophyla)和柳杉(Cryptomeriafortunei)的木材压缩变形,制造表面压密材,并对其物理力学性能指标进行检测分析,结果如下:①随着树脂质量分数的增加,木材的增重率明显增加;②在冷水、热水恢复实验中,树脂质量分数小于5%,任一压缩率下的压缩变形都发生恢复,当树脂质量分数超过10%时,压缩变形完全被固定;③随着压缩率的增加,表面压密材的硬度、顺纹抗压强度、弹性模量和静曲强度都明显增加,当压缩率一定时,树脂质量分数的变化对上述指标的影响不大
