资源获取发展观的前提是个体有成长、发展和追求最高层次生活质量的自然倾向。当其投入一种角色时,会获取成长的资源;也只有当其最大化地利用资源,才能获取积极收益。这就从积极视角为工作-家庭促进研究提供了理论依据。基于资源获取发展观研究工作-家庭促进,既能够扭转长期以来在工作-家庭关系研究中消极的惯性思维方式,唤醒原本蕴藏于人们自身的积极思维和追求发展的自然倾向,同时也可以拓展研究的层次和水平,把研究对象从个体扩展到家庭和组织,从而更加强调系统的思想。组织历来是学术界和实践界最关注的层面,这无疑使工作-家庭促进研究更加具有实践意义。
The premise of resource development concept of development is that the individual has the natural tendency to grow, develop and pursue the highest level of quality of life. When it invests in a role, it gains resources for growth; it also gains positive returns only when it maximizes its use of resources. This provides a theoretical basis for work-family promotion research from a positive perspective. Based on the research on resource access to development concept - family promotion, we can not only reverse the negative inertia thinking style that has long been employed in the study of work-family relations, but also awaken the natural tendency of positive thinking and pursuit of development that is inherent in people’s own development.
