在阐述用直纹面拟合扭曲型面的基础上 ,用刚体变换的方法推算出阴极的控制轨迹。首次提出求取段指令周期的迭代算法 ,可保证加工过程中阴极对型面的法向速度有最小的变化率 ,为进一步提高展成电解加工的精度提供了理论依据。实验证明 ,该方法虽然加工时间略有加长 ,但精度却有明显改善。
On the basis of describing the fitting of twisted surface with ruled surface, the control trajectory of cathode is deduced by rigid body transformation. It is the first time to find the iterative algorithm to find the segment instruction cycle, which can ensure that the cathode has a minimum rate of change of the normal velocity of the profile during machining. This provides a theoretical basis for further improving the precision of electrolytic machining. Experiments show that although the method slightly longer processing time, but the accuracy has significantly improved.
