当今,随着经济的日益全球化,企业间的竞争更多表现在人才之间的竞争,在现今人文社会的大背景下“以人为本”的管理时代,人力资源管理在企业管理中的作用愈来愈突出。在企业中,如何吸引人才,留住人才,并且让员工有归属感、荣誉感,真正让员工的人生价值得到实现是每个企业不得不面对的问题。本文就人力资源管理的现状进行分析,指出我国企业人力资源管理还存在的许多不完善的问题,以期找到解决问题的对策,促进其发展趋势。
