统筹城乡职业教育发展是有效破解城乡二元结构的重要途径。通过观察和参与,在与职业教育多元主体互动活动中科学地总结了重庆统筹城乡职业教育发展的基本经验。同时,揭示了重庆经验所隐含的职教面向人人、城乡统筹协调、社会共同治理、发展重在创新等科学发展观深层理念,以期为各级政府及相关部门制定统筹城乡职业教育发展政策提供科学决策依据和现实参考。
Balancing the development of vocational education in urban and rural areas is an important way to effectively solve the dual structure of urban and rural areas.
