目的研究下体负压/自行车功量计锻炼对15 d头低位卧床女性腰椎功能失调的防护作用。方法对22名女性志愿者分为对照组(CON,n=8)、下体负压锻炼组(LBNP,n=7)、下体负压联合自行车功量计锻炼组(LBNP+ERGO,n=7),在卧床前和卧床后第4天,采用X线对脊柱状态进行了检查。分别测量并比较卧床前后腰椎总长度,每节腰椎椎间隙长度及腰椎前凸曲度的变化。结果 LBNP组卧床后L5/S1腰椎椎间隙宽度增加;CON卧床后腰椎前凸曲度降低,ERGO+LBNP组卧床后腰椎前凸曲度增加。结论下体负压/自行车功量计锻炼可改善女性15 d头低位卧床引起的腰椎卸负荷变化。
Objective To study the protective effect of lower body negative pressure / bicycle power meter exercise on lumbar vertebral dysfunction in 15 d head-lying bed-rest women. Methods Twenty-two female volunteers were divided into control group (CON, n = 8), lower body negative pressure exercise group (LBNP, n = 7), lower body negative pressure combined with bicycle power meter exercise group (LBNP + ERGO, n = 7 ), In the bed and bedridden the first 4 days, using X-ray examination of the spine. The changes of total lumbar length, lumbar intervertebral space length and lumbar lordosis degree before and after bed rest were measured and compared respectively. Results The width of L5 / S1 intervertebral space was increased in the LBNP group. The curvature of the lumbar lordosis in the LBNP group was decreased. The curvature of the lumbar vertebral body elevated in the ERGO + LBNP group. Conclusion Lower body negative pressure / bicycle power meter exercise can improve the lumbar unloading load caused by female 15 d head-down bed rest.
