目的:在本草学的指导下探讨蜣螂抗良性前列腺增生症的作用,筛选其活性部位。方法:采用丙酸睾酮致小鼠前列腺增生模型,以前列腺指数、小鼠前列腺病理组织学结果为评价指标,考察蜣螂不同提取部位对前列腺增生的作用,并采用大孔树脂吸附与透析技术对有效部位进行初步分离。结果:蜣螂乙醇提取总部位(20g生药/kg)、三氯甲烷萃取部位(20g生药/kg)、萃取剩余部位(20g生药/kg)能明显减小造模小鼠前列腺指数,降低腺体增生程度,所得有效部位多肽含量达83.6%。结论:蜣螂乙醇提取总部位、三氯甲烷萃取部位、萃取剩余部位具有明显抑制前列腺增生的作用,其抗前列腺增生的主要活性组分为多肽。
Objective: To explore the role of dung beetle in benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) under the guidance of Herbal Science and to screen its active site. Methods: The model of benign prostatic hyperplasia in mice induced by testosterone propionate was established. Prostate index and histopathology of prostatic tract in mice were used as evaluation indexes to investigate the effect of different extract parts on the proliferation of benign prostatic hyperplasia. CONCLUSION: The extract from the cocklebur beetle, chloroform extract and the rest of the extract can significantly inhibit the proliferation of benign prostatic hyperplasia. The main active component of anti-prostatic hyperplasia is the polypeptide.
