目的掌握漯河市桶装饮用水中铜绿假单胞菌污染现状,为市场监管和国家制订相应标准提供基础资料。方法按照国家食品污染和有害因素风险监测工作手册中铜绿假单胞菌标准操作程序对2013-2014年采集的69份桶装饮用水样品进行卫生检验。结果 69份桶装饮用水中7份样品检出铜绿假单胞菌,样品总体检出率为10.1%。不同年份、不同包装类型、不同采样环节样品的检出率差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论漯河市的部分桶装饮用水存在铜绿假单胞菌污染现象,建议监管部门强化市场监测,维护消费者健康。
Objective To understand the status quo of Pseudomonas aeruginosa contamination in barreled drinking water in Luohe City and provide the basic information for the market regulation and the corresponding standards formulated by the state. Methods According to the standard operating procedures of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in the manual of risk monitoring of food contamination and harmful elements, 69 samples of bottled drinking water collected in 2013-2014 were tested for hygiene. Results Pseudomonas aeruginosa was detected in 7 samples of 69 bottled drinking water samples. The overall detection rate was 10.1%. There was no significant difference in the detection rate of samples in different years, different packaging types and different sampling points (P> 0.05). Conclusions Some bottled drinking water in Luohe City has the phenomenon of Pseudomonas aeruginosa pollution. It is suggested that regulators should strengthen market monitoring and safeguard consumer health.
