肺脏作为一个直接与外界相通的器官,无时无刻不受到环境中有害气体、粉尘、病原微生物、致敏原微粒等的侵扰,肺组织含有一些代谢外源性生物素的酶系统,其中谷胱甘肽硫转移酶(GSTs)是一组与解毒密切相关的同工酶,主要分布在支气管上皮、腺上皮和肺泡上皮中。GSTs在人肺组织发育、生理机制和致癌过程中的表达已成为当今肺癌基础与临床研究的重要课题。
As an organ that directly communicates with the outside world, the lungs are constantly invaded by harmful gases, dust, pathogenic microorganisms, allergens, etc. in the environment. The lung tissue contains some enzymes that metabolize exogenous biotin, including glutathione. Sulfur transferases (GSTs) are a group of isoenzymes closely related to detoxification, mainly distributed in bronchial epithelium, glandular epithelium and alveolar epithelium. The expression of GSTs in the development of human lung tissues, physiological mechanisms and carcinogenesis has become an important issue in the basic and clinical research of lung cancer.
