20世纪末,一场轰轰烈烈的教育改革在全球范围内启动,但是目前这场教育改革却因课程与教学评价的难题逐步陷入举步维艰的尴尬之境。面对如何改善学习这一关键问题,发展评价的形成性功能、通过评价促进教学无疑提供了一个可行取径。①本文针对中国当前评价改革中出现的问题,首先综合已有理论探讨和实证研究阐述评价对学生学习乃至教育改革的重要影响,其次分析教师进行评价干预的具体策略,最后结合中国传统儒家文化的特征探讨教师具体实施评价干预必须关注的问题。
At the end of the 20th century, a vigorous education reform started around the world, but at present the education reform has gradually fallen into the difficult embarrassment due to the problems of curriculum and teaching evaluation. Faced with the key issue of how to improve learning, developing the formative function of evaluation, it is undoubtedly a viable way to promote teaching through evaluation. ①This paper aims at the problems that appear in the current evaluation reform in China. Firstly, the existing theoretical discussions and empirical studies are used to elaborate the important impact of evaluation on students’ learning and even education reform. Secondly, the author analyzes the specific strategies of teachers in evaluating interventions, and finally combines the traditional Chinese Confucianism Characteristics of teachers to evaluate the specific implementation of intervention must pay attention to the problem.
