目的探讨改良穿刺活检技术改善骨肿瘤穿刺针道肿瘤细胞转移情况。方法将新鲜的VX2肿瘤组织制成细胞悬液,植入22只成年家兔双侧胫骨内制成兔VX2骨肿瘤模型。将其中20只兔左胫骨设为左侧组,采用自行设计的器械及改良穿刺活栓技术取材,并通过套管植入密封栓封堵穿刺孔;右胫骨设为右侧组,采用常规穿刺活检法,穿刺后对穿刺孔不封堵。7 d后处死两组家兔,取两种穿刺法兔穿刺针道软组织行病理学检查。剩余2只肿瘤兔不穿刺,作为对照组,于肿瘤组织植入第2周、3周分别处死取肿瘤外正常软组织行病理学检查。根据病理学HE染色结果对比3组瘤细胞转移情况。结果左侧组针道软组织瘤细胞浸润5只(25.0%),右侧组针道软组织瘤细胞浸润14只(70.0%),两组穿刺针道瘤细胞转移率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。其余2只家兔肿瘤外软组织均未见瘤细胞。结论改良穿刺活检技术可改善兔VX2骨肿瘤穿刺针道肿瘤细胞转移情况。
Objective To explore the improved biopsy technique to improve the metastasis of tumor in the needle of bone tumor. Methods Fresh VX2 tumor tissue was made into a cell suspension and implanted into the bilateral tibia of 22 adult rabbits to make rabbit VX2 bone tumor model. Twenty rabbits in the left tibia were divided into the left group, using the self-designed instruments and modified puncture technique, and the puncture holes were sealed by the cannulation of the sealing plug. The right tibia was set as the right group and the conventional biopsy Act, the puncture does not plug the puncture after puncture. After 7 days, rabbits were sacrificed and pathological examination was performed on the soft tissues of the two puncture needle punctures. The remaining two tumor rabbits were not punctured, as the control group, the tumor tissue was implanted in the second week, three weeks were sacrificed to take normal tumor outside the soft tissue pathological examination. According to pathological HE staining results compared the three groups of tumor cell metastasis. Results The infiltration of soft tissue tumor cells in the left group was 5 (25.0%) and that in the right group was 14 (70.0%). The metastatic rates of puncture needle and tumor in both groups were statistically significant ( P <0.05). The remaining two rabbits outside the tumor soft tissue tumor cells were not seen. Conclusion Improved biopsy can improve the tumor cell migration of rabbit VX2 bone tumor.
