水资源供需现状供水情况1999年以来,北京及周边地区发生持续干旱,1999～2005年7年平均降水量450毫米,仅为多年平均降水量的77%。主要地表水源密云、官厅水库平均来水分别为2.58亿立方米和0.9亿立方米,水库蓄水量分别由2001年初的15.4亿立方米和4.2亿立方米下降到2005年末的10.36亿立方米和1.63亿立
Water Supply and Demand Status of Water Supply and Demand Since 1999, continuous drought has occurred in Beijing and the surrounding areas. The average precipitation in 1999-2005 was 450 mm, only 77% of the average annual precipitation. The main surface water sources Miyun and Guanting reservoirs received an average of 258 million cubic meters and 90 million cubic meters respectively. The reservoir water storage capacity dropped from 1,540 million cubic meters and 420 million cubic meters at the beginning of 2001 to 1,036 million cubic meters at the end of 2005 and 163 million legislation
