招收新职工是医院补充人力资源和人才储备的主要方法,岗前培训是新职工最重要的入门课程。岗前培训能帮助新职工尽快转换角色,尽快融入医院环境,适应岗位要求。岗前培训能有效地向新职工灌输医院核心价值理念,塑造医务人员行为规范,打下良好的团队互动基础。本文从岗前培训的具体措施出发,探索如何提高岗前培训的效率,塑造高素质的医务人员。
Recruiting new workers is the hospital’s main way of replenishing human resources and personnel reserves. Pre-job training is the most important introductory course for new workers. Pre-job training can help new workers change their roles as soon as possible and integrate into the hospital environment as soon as possible to meet the job requirements. The pre-job training can effectively instill the hospital’s core values into new staff, shape the medical staff’s code of conduct and lay a good foundation for team interaction. Based on the concrete measures of pre-job training, this article explores how to improve the efficiency of pre-service training and create a high-quality medical staff.
