近些年来国内大型高炉送风系统事故频发,严重影响高炉正常生产,热风管道成为制约高炉接受高风温的重要环节。通过对管道开裂事故的处理,分析了管道发红、耐材坍塌的、开裂跑风原因,并提出合理的改造方案和耐材选择,在确保长寿的前提下更好更快地完成修复工作。
In recent years, large-scale domestic blast furnace blast system frequent accidents, seriously affecting the normal production of the blast furnace, hot blast pipe has become an important part of restricting blast furnace to accept high winds. Through the analysis of the pipeline cracking accident, the causes of redness, cracking of refractory material and cracking wind are analyzed, and the reasonable reformation plan and choice of refractory material are proposed. The repairing work is completed better and faster under the premise of ensuring longevity.
