中国连锁经营协会发布的《2009年度行业发展情况调查》显示,连锁百强销售规模达到1.36万亿元,同比增长13.5%。百强企业门店总数达到13.7万个,门店总数增长18.9%。百强企业销售额占社会消费品零售总额的比重达到11%。而在2009年中国特许经营连锁120强中,上市公司(含母公司)24家,已获股权投资以及有计划上市的企业占到近80%。
China Chain Store & Franchise Association released the “2009 Industry Development Survey” shows that the scale of chain hundred top sales reached 1.36 trillion yuan, an increase of 13.5%. The total number of top 100 enterprises reached 137,000 and the total number of stores increased by 18.9%. Top 100 enterprises accounted for the proportion of total retail sales of consumer goods reached 11%. In 2009, among the 120 concession chains in China, 24 listed companies (including the parent company) accounted for nearly 80% of the total number of companies that had been listed on equity investments and planned for listing.
