本文主要研究视屏显示终端(VDT)对作业者眼的影响。研究对象:随机选择某医院的VDT作业者36名作为研究对象。研究方法:调查VDT的作业环境、作业时间为4~5小时/日,一般连续作业2~3小时,作业环境以自然采光为主,辅以人工照明。眼科检查包括:视力、眼压、双眼视机能、聚合调节机能、Schirmey法检查泪腺分泌机能。结果显示:1.自觉症状,眼睛疲劳和眼睛朦胧现象多。2.体征:(1)视力:正视16眼、近视(含乱视)51眼、远视(含乱视)5眼。(2)眼压:小于14 mmHg
This article focuses on the visual display terminal (VDT) on the operator’s eye impact. Participants: 36 randomly selected VDT operators in a hospital as study subjects. Research Methods: To investigate the working environment of VDT, the operating time is 4 ~ 5 hours / day, and the average continuous operation is 2 ~ 3 hours. The working environment is mainly natural daylight supplemented by artificial lighting. Eye examinations include: visual acuity, intraocular pressure, binocular vision function, polymerization regulatory function, Schirmey test lacrimal secretion function. The results showed: 1. Subjective symptoms, eye fatigue and eye shadow phenomenon. 2. signs: (1) visual acuity: face 16 eyes, myopia (including chaos) 51 eyes, hyperopia (including chaos) 5 eyes. (2) intraocular pressure: less than 14 mmHg
