据笔者观察,有很多种菇者对环境保护认识不够,种菇结束后将废料由菇房、场内清除,长期堆放在菇场四周任其腐烂;有的则倾倒在水塘、溪沟、湖泊之中。这些处理方法给食用菌生产带来极大的隐患。因此,笔者呼吁广大种菇者,时刻注意环境保护,给生产创造一个良好的环境条件。现就如何处理与利用食用菌废料谈几点个人意见,供广大生产者参考。
According to the author’s observation, there are many kinds of mushrooms who do not have enough understanding of environmental protection. After the mushrooms are put on, the waste materials will be removed from the mushroom house and the farm and left for a long time to be decomposed in the mushroom farm. Some will be dumped in ponds, Among the lakes. These treatments bring great hidden danger to mushroom production. Therefore, the author calls for the mushroom growers, always pay attention to environmental protection, to create a good environmental conditions. Now on how to deal with and use of edible mushroom waste talk a few personal opinions, for the majority of producers reference.
